Upcoming Webinar Discusses New Drought Planning Tool

You are invited to join a webinar that unveils a toolkit outlining a process for drought planning using the FEMA Threat and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (THIRA). This project was funded by the NOAA Sectoral Applications Research Program (SARP) and led by the University of Nebraska Public Policy Center, the National Drought Mitigation Center, and the High Plains Regional Climate Center. The webinar is this Thursday, November 29th at 12PM Central.
