The monthly North Central U.S. Climate Summary and Outlook Webinar will take place on Thursday, August 16th at 1pm CDT.  Jim Angel (Illinois State Climatologist) will be presenting the latest drought/flood & climate summary, impacts and outlooks.  In this month's presentation the attention will begin to turn to the end of summer and fall issues.  We will also address continuing drought concerns in Missouri, Iowa, Kansas and Colorado.  Jim will also update us on the status of the latest El Nino Watch.

The focus area for the Webinar is the north-central region of the U.S. (from the Rockies to the Great Lakes).  At the end of the presentation we will be taking questions.
