The October 2015 issue of the HPRCC’s quarterly newsletter, The Prairie Post, is now available! The last quarter has been a busy one for our center, which included debuting our newly designed website, hosting two climate training workshops, and educating the public on the potential impacts of a strong El Niño on the Missouri River Basin region this winter.
