The monthly North Central U.S. Climate Summary and Outlook Webinar will take place on Thursday, November 16th at 1pm CST. Jim Angel (Illinois State Climatologist) will be presenting the latest drought/climate summary, impacts and outlooks. In this month's presentation our attention will begin to turn to the upcoming winter season and potential impacts from a potential La Nina situation.
The focus area for the Webinar is the north-central portion of the U.S. (from the Rockies to the Great Lakes).
At the end of the presentation we will be taking questions.
