Pat will be discussing the latest on temperature and precipitation trends over the last few months and the potential for continuing wetness through the summer. He will also touch on continuing drought, soil moisture, and river and reservoir conditions. He will also touch on Great Lakes issues including lake levels and water temperatures. Finally, he will examine the potential impacts of the climate system, in this case El Nino, across the region and provide the latest outlooks and possible impacts to regional concerns.
