Jim will discuss the latest on temperature and precipitation trends over the last few months as well as the status of soil moisture, snow pack, river conditions, ice, and reservoirs. We will also touch on the Great Lakes levels, ice over, and water temperatures. In additions, we will examine the continuing El Nino saga and potential impacts, if any. Finally, an updated climate outlook for the winter will be provided. At the end of the presentations we will be taking questions.
