This month Brian Fuchs (National Drought Mitigation Center) will be presenting the latest climate summary and outlook information for the U.S. and specifically the north central U.S. region. We will continue to examine the state of the likely El Nino event and potential impacts in the future. This is also a month where NOAA provides their official "Winter Outlook" so we will be summarizing that as well. At the end of the presentation we will be taking questions.
