Website Updates - Monthly Climate Summary Archive Expanded and More

A few updates were made to the HPRCC website recently:
- The Monthly Climate Summaries archive has been expanded to include climate summaries from 1999-2005.
- The Journals archive has been updated to include 2009 and 2010.
- You can now bookmark and share HPRCC News via the AddThis link at the top right of each article.
