Update on El Nino Conditions in the Missouri Basin Region

We are amidst one of the strongest El Ninos on record, and we want to make sure we update you on the latest conditions and impacts for the Missouri Basin Region. This update, created by HPRCC and NOAA staff, discusses how El Nino has impacted temperatures, precipitation, and snowpack so far this winter; temperature and precipitation outlooks for the spring; and El Nino's evolution, which includes projections for El Nino-Southern Oscillation (ENSO) into fall 2016.
